About Dr. Lauren Dickerman

Dr. Lauren Dickerman graduated the New England of Optometry and completed externships at the VA in Manchester NH, VA in Jamaica Plain, VA in Boston, and South Boston Community Health Center.

She worked under Dr. Donald Korb, Dr. Joan Xeford, Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, Dr. Richard Glugeth, and Dr. Bruce Micley before entering private practice in Harvard Square and then Porter Square.

Dr. Dickerman fits disposable contact lenses and hard-to-fit patients such as those with symptoms of “dry eye,” hard-to-fit toric (astigmatism) lenses and difficult to fit Rigid Gas Permeable Lenses.

She enjoys working with Dr. Brenda Cronin, a colleague who also services patients.
